Hi, I’m Chris Pomeroy and I’m a meditation teacher.

Meditation is easy to learn and even easier to practice. Millions of people around the world now live a more vibrant life that is happier and more fulfilling as the result of regular meditation. You can as well.

My goal is to help you experience what your life can look like when you reduce stress and develop greater clarity, to be bold and awaken your personal creative potential. There is no time like this exact moment to make the decision to live more fearlessly and start to truly begin to understand human nature better, your own nature.

So who can meditate? Anyone that truly has the desire to.

Who does meditate? Well, you can probably find someone who does almost any job you can think of that has learned to meditate and does so regularly.

What I teach isn’t religious. You can believe whatever you want and you can still learn to meditate. You don’t have to dress a certain way, eat a certain way, live in an ashram or burn incense. You simply need to have a little willingness and a little faith.
